We offer full Joomla 4/5 upgrade support, including optimisations for templates and extensions where necessary.

Support for Joomla 3 has ended and if you want to keep your website operational ans safe, an upgrade to Joomla 4 or directly to Joomla 5 is inevitable. But as many online-posts show, this is not always a smooth process. In many cases outdated code in templates make a one-click upgrade impossible and even if all extensions and templates are up to date and Joomla 4 ready, it often happens, that the one-click upgrade breaks the entire system and even renders the back-end unusable.

If you want to save yourself the trouble, we offer you full upgrade support with guaranteed success.

Here is how it works:

1. You give us access to your Joomla installation so we can assess the situation.
2. In some cases we need an Akeeba-backup file to make a test-run on our server.
3. Once we know which steps are necessary, we give you an estimate over the expected costs. If the tests indicate no complications, the costs are usually between £50 - £ 100, a more complicated case will rarely exceed £ 300.
4. As soon as you confirmed the offer, we get to work and upgrade your website on our server.
5. When everything is done and tested, we transfer your fresh Joomla 4/5 website back to your hosting.

Your website will be online without interruption, except for about 10-20 minutes during the transfer back from our server to your hosting/server.

Updates can be a menace. For just £ 300 / Year we will take care of that for you.

Including backup and restoration in case an update doesn't go though smoothly. This offer includes the following services:

• Performing Updates for Joomla and all extensions at least every 3 Months.
• Performing irregular updates beyond this, in case the Joomla team publishes a critical security update.
• Complete backup before every update, that can be restored in case of complications.
• If an update causes complications, restoration of the last backup and problem analysis.
• Fixing of minor problems, as long as the effort doesn't take longer than 1 hour.

In case of bigger problems, we will contact you and make you an offer for the necessary works. Since we restored the backup by then, your website will stay online without interruption in the meantime.
